Title: My Mustang's been sitting under a cover for two years

My Mustang's been sitting under a cover for two years, what am I in for detailing wise?

Had my 2016 Mustang GT tucked away under a car cover in the underground parking since Covid times when I was working from home and barely driving it, and now that I've finally got the itch to take it out for a proper blast up to Jebel Hafeet I pulled the cover off and the paint just looks sad, not terrible but there's this dull film over everything and a few scratches on the driver's side door from where I think the cover rubbed against it during some windy days. I gave it a quick wash myself but the black paint is just not popping the way it used to and I'm pretty sure I'm going to need a professional to bring it back to life before I even think about taking any photos of it. I was scrolling around trying to find a place that knows American paint, it's a bit softer than the German stuff I think, and I ended up on this link http://exoticcarcare.ae/ford-detailing-abu-dhabi/ (https://exoticcarcare.ae/ford-detailing-abu-dhabi/) which seems to be exactly what I'm looking for but I'm just trying to gauge what level of service I actually need here. Is this a full multi stage correction situation or can I get away with just a really good polish and a wax to save a few dirhams since the mileage is still super low and the car hasn't actually seen the sun in years? Anyone else resurrected a garage queen around here and have a ballpark of what I should be budgeting for a proper detail on a Mustang? I just want to fall in love with it again when I walk up to it.
