My Patrol's battery finally gave up after six years, had a mobile guy come out and it was surprisingly painless

I've been nursing the original battery in my 2016 Patrol Safari for way longer than I probably should have and it finally waved the white flag this morning when I tried to start it for the usual school run, just a sad little click and then nothing, and of course my first thought was great now I have to find jumper cables and flag down a neighbor who's already late for work. I remembered a friend telling me about BatteryZone a while back so I pulled up their site on my phone and found www.batteryzoneuae.com/nissan-battery-replacement (https://batteryzoneuae.com/nissan-battery-replacement/) and honestly the whole thing was way smoother than I expected, they had a guy out to my place in Jumeirah within an hour and he had the exact battery for the Patrol in his van, swapped it out right there in my driveway while I finished my coffee. He even cleaned up the terminals which were looking pretty crusty from the humidity and made sure everything was tightened down properly before he left, no fuss no drama. I was half expecting to get upsold on some premium battery I didn't need but the guy just asked me how I use the truck and recommended the standard one since I don't have a ton of extra lights or a winch, which was refreshing. Anyway if anyone else is putting off dealing with a tired battery on their Nissan I'd say just give them a call, it's a lot nicer than being stranded somewhere in August traffic.
