So we've been buying plastic pallets from a couple of different traders in the Sharjah industrial area over the past year and honestly the quality is all over the place. One batch we got looked great until we started stacking them and realized about 30% had a slight warp in the middle, which makes them wobble on the racking. Another supplier sent us pallets that claimed to be medium duty but cracked under maybe 400kg which is way below the advertised rating. I'm getting tired of playing the guessing game with every order. Has anyone found a medium duty pallet supplier in UAE (https://www.crateco.ae/productlist/medium-duty-pallets) that actually delivers consistent quality and will stand behind their product if something arrives damaged? I don't mind paying a bit more per pallet if it means I'm not constantly inspecting and rejecting half the shipment. We need about 50 to start with, and if they work out I'll be ordering regularly every few months. Also curious if anyone has tried those fully nestable ones that save space when empty, do they lose any strength compared to the standard stackable design? Appreciate any leads.
